Vancouver. We're having all the questions you should ask your realtor
in the interview process before you sign on the dotted line to list
your property. Another one is, who's gonna do the openhouses? If you
have 10 listings, who's gonna be do them? Do you even do openhouses?
Those are great questions you got to ask because don't just assume
cause some realtors do openhouses, some do not. I think openhouses work
for me so I do them every Saturday. But I don't do them on Sunday. My
