Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. We're having ask your potential listing realtor question week. And another question that I think you should ask is, What do you think of my place? Are there things that I need to do or should we stage it? Should we hire an independent person? Personally, I don't use stagers all that much I think if the price is right, we don't need staging because I'm selling condos. Unless its a multi millon dollar condo I don't think we need it. The price would speak for itself. The unit will speak for itself. I will speak for the unit. So maybe, we don't need some sort of stagers but sometimes you do. My name is Ian Watt. If you have any questions regarding this topic. Cops is going by me right now, sorry. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
