Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. During this week what we're having is ask your potential listing realtor question week. I think we should talk also about strata documents. They could cost up to $300-$500 dollars. I know I've paid up to $500 dollars for strata documents on a rush charge one time. But the question is who should pay for it? Should it be me, the realtor? or should it be you the seller? Personally, I always include that in my listing fee. If I sell your place its great I get my money back. If I dont, I'm in the whole the 2, 3, 400 dollars for the strata documents. I don't think it should be my client's fee on top of my commission. But that's just me that's a great question to ask your realtor next time you're thinking of listing your property. My name is Ian Watt. If you have any suggestions on topics that I should talk about this week. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
