Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Had a possession today that just didn't go as planned. Is little bit unfortunate it does happen things with movers don't happen perfectly. If your moving in to an empty space , no problem. You can move in pretty much anytime you want. However, eventhough we've written in the contract to have vacant possession at twelve noon on possession day. What happens if the movers don't show up on time. What happens if the elevator is broken, there are many things that we don't have control of and I apologized to my client. Who is supposed to be move in, in twelve noon. However the tenants or sorry the former owner didn't have her movers done by twelve o'clock. So what we do, her moving date is actually not til tomorrow. So why is it a major huge priority for me. But really this is unbelievable. You have to be a little bit flexible. Not every move in goes exactly as plan. So make sure you have a bit of a window, make sure that you know that twelve noon could be push back to one o'clock or two o'clock. So don't book your movers right for twelve o'clock, luckily she didn't her movers is moving on tomorrow. She was just upset that she didn't get the keys as per the contract. But things happen. That's was real state  is all about. It's problem solving. My name is Ian Wattyou can always email me at  ianwatt@ianwatt.ca . Thank you very much and have a great day!
