The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and Ripping Off Realtor Photos

Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, It's
Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Interesting thing have been happening
at the Real Estate Board before we could ripped off whom ever some
photos we wish and use them ourselves in the board it really do too
much about it. Now it's seems like in a last year anyone who's using
anyone else's photos or getting those photos removed quite promptly. We
had a situation where's somebody I had sold somebody property at
Electric Avenue about I guess about three years ago and the purchaser
has re-listed their place and used the exact same photos that I had
paid a professional photographer for. And they're just using the same
ones with all my clients personal content. Still showing in there I'm
hundred percent sure. It wouldn't look exactly the same there's no way
that they gonna bought the same paintings, the same furniture and the
same carpets so whatever. So I called in to the Real Estate Board
within five minutes they had the realtors notified and all those photos
are deleted. It is a fantastic way that our Real Estate Board is on top
of stealing from other realtors. Lot of realtors are too cheap to put
photos out there and I like the best photos possible but they are my
photos I paid for them. I think I should have the copy right on them.
