Ian Watt:
Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I just signed up for a Strata course last week at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. They offer this courses all the time and it's mandatory that I believe that every two years we have to take 18 credits and I think its a fantastic thing that we have to do because the threshold for becoming a realtor is so damn low that anyone can do it. And I even know some of this people pass the test but nonetheless this people have become realtors, we've all become realtors and we can forget things so quickly. So I took a Strata course yesterday, it was fantastic they had a lawyer who's specializes in strata law come and speak to us and she was incredible. It was very good it's unfortunate though that there's no test all we have to do is check in the morning show our id and when we leave in the afternoon show your id again. There's no pass or fail and it's unfortunate that it's not on-line. But I think it's fantastic I'm very proud of Real Estate Board of greater Vancouver for doing so and it's only going to get better. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can alwyas email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
