Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Super excited because this is what is all about. CondoGo.com we listed up this place that have been listed with the discount brokerage for seven months, didn't sell. Pretty awesome, we listed up four days later I get an accepted offer and it's sold. Now, I know that the market has changed in not in our favor and there eight different listings just like this one in the same building for sale. But it goes to show you price is one thing but the other thing that is important is offering in a great incentive for the buyers realtor. When there's eight different choices there the buyers realtor place a big part in the decision. I hate to say it but offering a great commission matters.
