New Condo Listing - 92 (or 18.4 new listings per day)
Price Changes - 54 (or 10.8 price changes per day)
Units Sold - 69 (or 13.8 sales per day)
Total Listings - 1603
Total 2010 Sales - 1592
Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the week in review, that was the week of July 11th to 17th and as of Friday afternoon at five o'clock when the MLS shuts down. We had 92 new listings that's about 18 per day, we had 54 price changes and 69 sales that's about 14 a day. And that's a two or three compare to what we usually have or have seen for the last little while. Our listing count is decreasing, decreasing, decreasing. Where at 1,603 and so far just five units off we have had 1,592 sales this year. Now starting to get a little bit more active. Obviously supply and demand, there's a little less inventory out there. Still a lot of buyers because the mortgage rates are fantastic. The prices have decreased quite a bit. So activity should pick up a little bit and I'm not seeing the prices, I'd review that before. I'm just saying activity should bump up a little bit. Probably next week we might see a little more activity, a few more sales through out the week. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions.
