Price Changes - 46 (or 9 price changes per day)
Units Sold - 48 (or 10 sales per day)

Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver.
Doing the week in review for the week that was September 12 to
September 18, 2010. I can't barely talk. But this week we got killed
again by the listings we had 122 new listings, we had 46 price
reductions and 48 sales. And so far year to date we've had 2,014 sales
and we presently have 1,395 active listings. Mark my word, I think we
are going to get up to about fifteen hundred before the year end and
then were gonna see a lot of terminations and then it's all gonna start
all over 2011 with a lot of listings again. So I think this is the way
it is. It's rainy season as you can see right now and September in
Vancouver it rains all the time. So it kills all the looky loos in real
estate and brings out the serious buyers. Looks like we gonna have ten
sales a day for the rest of the year and that's what its gonna look
