Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Of course what we see in the media it's just frenzy as far Westside houses are concern and also a Richmond obviously with a big agent immigration going on right now. There's a a lot of purchasing going on, on the Westside of Vancouver mostly in houses, mostly in Shaughnessy, Kerrisdale etc. etc., or by UBC. It is very hot out there however in Downtown Vancouver it's a little bit different. Of course we do not see that hotness it is not dead, it is just normal things are track in a long the way they should. But it's not on fire like you'll see in the news, in the media on the Westside of Vancouver.. Ooops they goes my phone. So pay attention to that condos and houses are different nor shores different from West Vancouver on the Westside. So please keep in mind as hot as it appears on the news it is not that hot in Downtown Vancouver. It's business as usual. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
