If you want to have advice on your specific health concern, i.e. cancer, you might want to choose a cancer specialist, if you're getting divorced don't call a trade mark lawyer, and god help you, if you're selling a condo or luxury penthouse or townhouse call a realtor who sells condos and luxury properties. Don't hire a realtor who sells houses unless you're selling a house!!!! Like any other profession, not all realtors are the same and nor are they`re services.
