One fateful summer day in 1976, Ian Watt at the age of 3 years old was exploring the Gulf Islands with his family in their Volkswagen camper van when the the fan belt broke on Bayview Drive. Being forced to settle in on Mayne Island for the week waiting for the van to be fixed, his parents explored the beautifully untouched island, and fell in love with Mayne and the simplicity it had to offer. Months later, for $9,500, his parents bought their Mayne Island property and Ian and his family have been part residents ever since. 

Having also lived in and built a very successful real estate business in Yaletown / Downtown for two decades, Ian has been focused on selling everything from modest townhouses to luxury penthouses.
