Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just driving along Beach Avenue heading to the Icon 2. Now one thing that come up with the foreclosure that I have an offer on the go right now and this foreclosure is tentative. Guy wants to occupy but that's the thing about foreclosures. If you have a tenancy in place your buying it you have to honor the tenancy. It's unfortunate but you might be a little strike a deal with the tenant pay them to leave on their on collision. However, unfortunately if you want to occupy a space in two weeks. It's unfortunate but you have to honor the tenancy that's already in place. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
