Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Right now as we approaches December things are starting to slow down as far as real estate transactions in general are concern. About mid month in December we can see a lot of listings expired a lot of them in the end of the year. It's going to be very interesting cause usually during Christmas nothing happens but its gonna be very interesting to see what happens in the new year when all this over price listings and unrealistic sellers are going to put their properties back on the market. Are they gonna really put them back on the market? or are they just gonna rented out? I think next year were gonna see either realistic prices happening sellers finally understanding exactly what the sell price is supposed to be in Vancouver. A bit of a settling or are this unrealistic sellers gonna keep their property on at unrealistic prices. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
