Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. It's a little bit of advice it might be commom sense for a few people but not for everybody obviously. When there's an offer going back and forth. I don't care if your on the buyer side or the seller side. If there's an offer coming back and forth it could take one night, it could take one week. you don't know in this market. It could take a long time. so while the offers going back and forth. I think I just spin on camera. When the offers going back and fourth. Make sure your stay is over. I had a situation where the offers going back and forth my client decide to go out and have a party. well I can't get anyone to sign a document when they are hammered. So you probably don't want me to come with your apartment say sign this document when I'm hammered so please don't get drunk when the offers are going back and forth. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a sober day!
