Ian Watt : Hi Good Afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just came back from a presentation that Vic Jang just put on. He's the owner of a bunch of Sutton offices. And what he's done, he's putting together some sort of investment syndication. The minimum investment is $25,000 and $5,000 blocks. And what they're going out they're going out and buying a residential rental buildings throughout Canada. They're trying to raise 10 million dollars and there's a realtor, an accountant, and a building specialist as well and Vic Jang are heading it up.
