Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. This week we've been having Monday to Friday, we're having all the questions you should be asking you should ask your listing agent before you sign on the dotted line. Another one is, have you ever been suspended and for what? You know accidents do happen. If you wanna know about suspensions and what's going on the Real Estate Council does publish all these public information to find out a little bit more about your realtor. So that's another thing but if they have been suspended it could be by a some sort of accident or technicality and some might be done maliciously and there's different suspensions for different things. Obviously, we're quite lucky we have a Real Estate Board which is our membership board and the Real Estate Council which is kind of a watch dog of the industry it's a government agency. So contact them or post the link right above or you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
