My Client Had the Option Not to Sell His Yaletown Park Listing

Ian Watt video blogs about how he always gives his clients the option of not to sell should the change their minds. Today a client who owns a great one bedroom at Yaletown Park pulled the listing before the first showing. If you want to voice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to ianwatt@ianwatt.ca and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real Estate Video Blogs.

Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon. Its Ian Watt in Downtown, Vancouver. I had a fantastic lisitng that was going to be shown for the very first time today. However, my client pulled the lsiting. He had a change of heart with selling the property. It was a Yaletown Park, one bedroom and as you may know in Yaletown Park, there is nothing for sale right now. So which means the property, no doubt, would have gone into multiple offers and sold immediately. However, he had a change of heart so in my contract as I've told you before, I always write that the seller can pull the lsiting at any time, with non conditional release should he chose not to sell. And that is the option for my clients. So no hard feelings cause I gave them that option to be able to walk away from having the listing. And that it is right before our showing's ,not after, not after the offers came in. So if you're going to see that property or call me on that property, it has been taken off the market. My name's Ian Watt. You can alwyas email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca . Thank you very much and have a great day !
