Ian Watt : Hi Good Afternoon . Its Ian Watt in Downtown, Vancouver. Just got back from the Inman Connect in San Francisco. I had a fantastic time. This is my first day back at work. The thing is about Inman Connect, it was a great time. Its a great party. But yhr thing I love about it the most is the connections you make with other realtors and learning from other relators exactly what's going on in their local market and the difficulties theyre having. The things that we are having right now maybe don't apply to them and vice versa. But we can learn from what they are going through right now. And another thing I have is a great appreciation for the Downtown Vancouver market. How stable and solid this market place is. There's a lot of people who are doing 10 deals a year and they're having a great year. This year, I'm on phase for about 50 or 60 so I would go insane if I were doing 10 deals but that's the norm for them and it gives me a fantastic appreciation for what we have. the banks we have and the market place we have in Downtown Vancouver.
