Ian Watt: Hi Good Morning, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I have been doing with a guy who has had the most difficult time dealing with the condominium. He's the listing agent we were the purchasing side and it was unbelievable how poor everything went through. It took to two weeks to do what should have taken five business days. And I was trying to coach him along and help him along and what he said is: Oh, I've done this before I know what I'm doing, Okay no problem. So when I dug I little bigger when I go to the Real Estate councils website. You can do find a realtor you find the realtor you can look up when they got license. He got license four days ago. Four days ago, it was crazy. It was been more easier if you said I'm brand new this is my first deal ever. I I need some help and then I could coach him along and made all the whole process to proceed so much smoother but instead he wanted to do it all himself and it cause a lot of problems luckily my client was very patient and we didn't walk away from the deal. I don't know how he submitted the listing how he got it through if his only license for four days that's a whole lot of question.
