Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Very excited to tell you that on ianwatt.ca. from now on every month were gonna publish the stats for every little area of Downtown including Coal Harbour, the West End, Downtown, False Creek, North Yaletown as well as Gastown. And what were going to do, were gonna divided up from studios all the way to townhouses 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms give you the average price. Give you the average price for square foot, solds, how many days on the market and I will put a link right below of this video blog or right above this video blog. Just so you can find that page but it will be on the navigation bar from now on. And I will update it probably one week after the month ends. Just to make sure all the sales are reported. All this stats is taken from the MLS and I apologize if it is not 100% accurate that's my disclaimer so you cannot sue me. But nonetheless it will give a great idea of what property is selling for in the Downtown core. If you have any questions regarding the stats. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at
ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
