Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. The word penthouse or penthouses is in general has an association or a connotation of lodgery and it's true in ten years ago in Downtown Vancouver lodgery and penthouses is where the cats meow thats the way to go. However we seen a  major shift in the last five years. Penthouse is yes still will have that, fantastic association with lodgery however it change quite bit recently because were finding more people wanna be on Cordova Street. On Marinaside or Beach Avenue so this speak and knows areas because its not just the guide at the top that has one demographic and through out the building it's totally different. Those lodgery A Class suites, those A Class buildings have ballers from top to bottom. Every suite is two three million dollars and that's the big thing that's what everybodys interesting in now. It shifted from having a penthouse in the Downtown core to be on waterfront and just being in a lodgery a suite in a building that has ballers top to bottom. That's how much it changed, so were finding that there still some places that are great fantastic penthouses in B Class buildings in the Downtown core but they're just not moving like the A Class waterfront units for the same price. Is very interesting so if you're thinking of investing in lodgery don't just think penthouses think Cordova and Beach Avenue and Marinaside. My name is Ian Watt if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
