Ian Watt: Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just coming back from a Foreclosure Possession today and its officially sold yesterday. However the new purchases will getting the keys at 12 noon and as you know in Canada the person that foreclose the bank can live in the property in most cases until its officially sold. Now she's known about this the process is been about eighteen months I would say and it's been about two months and its officially sold in court. She knew this day was coming unfortunately she's still residing in a property she no longer owns the bank doesn't even own it anymore and now the new purchasers are trying to take possession. So what we have to do, we have to go back to the courts apply to evictor. She will be evicted all her things will be removed and its such an unfortunate situation because she had time to go look for a new place to live. In the past eighteen months she knew this was coming this day was coming. And I feel bad about for all parties involve but it's such an unfortunate situation that's a thing with foreclosure. It's never a win win situation for all parties involved. My name is Ian Watt. If you have any questions regarding Foreclosures. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
