My Ubertor Website Is Better Than Your Custom Site : )
Ian Watt video blogs about how his www.IanWatt.ca website, which is just an www.Ubertor.com realtor template website (with the same backend workings as the other 8000 www.ubertor.com websites), has a Google page rank of 4 out of 10. The 4 out of 10 is pretty impressive when many other realtors have expensive custom sites and only have a page rank of 3.
Just to give you an idea about Google PageRank of Importance - CNN is a Google page Rank of 10, The Government of Canada http://canada.gc.ca/home.html is a 9, The Vancouver Sun is an 8, http://vancouver.ca/ and http://perezhilton.com/ are a 7, The Canucks http://canucks.nhl.com/ is a 6, Century 21 Canada http://www.century21.ca/ and http://www.sutton.com/ are a 5 , the http://www.rebgv.org/ and www.ianwatt.ca are a 4, Coach Tom Ferry http://www.yourcoach.com/ is a 3, www.richmondelevator.com/ is a 2, and most realtors are a 1 or not even ranked.

Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I gotta say thank you to Ubertor. Again they've done, all are very proud are at least me I should say. My website is a templated website ianwatt.ca is a website I have for four years. Of course we redesigned it because it's our lock and we can customize it any way we want but the back end is the same as the other eight thousand websites that Ubertor has out there in North America. but the great thing is my website is now a Google page rank of 4 which is fantastic. Took a lot of time but all it is adding content and content and content everyday. So I've got a page rank of 4 and what I've done I've got around look at the to people on all different areas in Greater Vancouver. The two top dogs in West Vancouver have very expensive custom websites and they have a page rank of 3. There's another guy in Downtown who has tons of information about every building in Downtown. He has a Google page rank of three and those are all custom sites. Myself pay my $79 dollars or whatever it is every month at Ubertor and I have a page rank of 4. I don't pay any desire or any a people to customize it I have a designer just to make it look pretty but the back end I don't spend any money on anyone doing any code what so ever. And I have a page rank of 4. Thank you very much Ubertor! Keep up the fantastic work.
