Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I have to say 2009 is been a great year. This is another year in review for 2009 and I'm very proud to say that in Gastown, Gastown has changed so much but in Gastown as far as lofts is concerned. I have sold the largest loft in Gastown on the MLS this year. Not only that I've sold the most expensive loft in Gastown on the MLS this year. You might think its a couple niche companies that are dealing with lofts but Gastown has changed it's not all about the alternative professionals, it's a lot of empty nester's and baby boomers movin' down their now. It is incredibly different from how wise years ago and I'm so proud to say that I have been a part of the biggest sales in Real Estate in Gastown this year.
