Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. We're doing a year on review as far as 2009 is concern with the Vancouver condos sales and the Downtown core. What were looking at today is the West End, the West End the largest sale in the West End this year was that 1919 Beach Avenue. It's sold for 3.2 million dollars with a spectacular view over English Bay. It's about twenty seven hundred square feet and that's sold for just over twelve hundred dollars a square foot definitely the record for the West End. Second in line was another unit in that building as well. It's not the biggest sales of the year but it is the biggest sale of the year for the West End of Downtown Vancouver.
