New Condo Listing - 88 (or 17 new listings per day)
Price Changes - 45 (or 9 price changes per day)
Units Sold - 57 (or 12 sales per day)
Total Listings - 1443
Total 2010 Sales - 1801
Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver.
Doing the week in review for the week that was August 8 to 14th in
Downtown Vancouver which includes Gastown, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, the
West End where I am right now and Downtown. Now this week we had 88 new
listings, 45 price reductions which is quiet low I don't know if it's
just people are not reducing their prices or they're coming on more
accurately now. Where they feel they don't have to reduce the prices
pretty interesting. And we had 57 sales this week about 12 a day not
bad. So far or right now we have 1,443 active listings in the Downtown
core this are strata properties only. And we've had 1,801 sales year to
date not bad things are still tracking along it's not what they were
before but it's still moving. Pretty good pretty good. My name is Ian
