New Condo Listing - 112 (or 22 new listings per day)
Price Changes - 28 (or 6 price changes per day)
Units Sold - 40 (or 8 sales per day)
Total Listings - 1444
Total 2010 Sales - 1836
Ian Watt: Hi Good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver doing the week in review for the week that was August 15 to August 21st 2010 for Yaletown, Downtown, Coal Harbour, the West End and Gastown. And as of today, we got the crap kicked out of us this week. I tell you 112 new listings, 28 price reduction and only 40 sales. Kind a balance is that, that was like three times as many listings as sales. Not really good for the record sheet. And then we've had or we have 1,444 active listings and year to date we've had 1,836 sales. The only thing consistent this year is the inconsistencies.
