Moving From Your Vancouver Condo? Don't Forget To…

Ian Watt video blogs about when you are moving its very important to contact Canada Post regarding a forwarding address so you don't burden the new owners or your realtor with having to collect your mail. Ian Watt : Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Obviously when you move your mail doesn't always go with you. So make sure you ford your mail. I just went to pick up some mail from a buyer that buy property that I had sold for a lady who had moved out about a month ago. And we have this much mail already. So make sure you talk to Canada post fill out the form I think they do a three month fording mail fording and it's pre-much the best case scenario cause your gonna obviously get a lot of junk mail or things you have even thought of. So go to Canada post, pay the dough, get it forded so it's not very annoying for the new buyers or your old realtor. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
