Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Kinda excited about this company that a woman named Nancy Beaton as started it’s called SnapStats and I think what is fantastic about it, it gives us a really clear statistical update of what’s going on in Downtown Vancouver. I subscribed to it and I can give it to any of my clients for free it costs me money and will definitely cost you money if you want to subscribe but if you just want me to send you an email for an update and basically does all areas of the lower mainland from basically New Westminster, Burnaby, Richmond, Ladner everywhere and especially in Downtown Vancouver which is great compared to the Board Stats which gives the entire West side it’s very fascinating. So if you want those just send me an email I’ll email them out to you but I can’t post them on my website because that’s how Nancy’s makin money.
