Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. As you know what I do I sell condominiums. Selling strata is a little bit complicated now selling houses is fairly easy but I don’t sell houses I don’t understand the lifestyle, I don’t understand what goes on with selling houses it’s just not my forte. Conversely a lot of people love selling houses and never sell condos coz’ they’re so complicated the by-laws, the minutes, the whole situation is like a big dysfunctional family and if you don’t understand those settle this it could be very overwhelming for a non-strata condo realtor. Of course they are licensed to do it but if they’re not experienced it could be huge headaches so if you’re going to sell your investment property in Downtown Vancouver or the property you live in make sure you hire your realtor who knows what they’re doing and makes strata their living. Because selling a house is really easy and selling a strata condominium can be quite complicated so if they’re not experienced at selling strata condominiums you might want to look for a local expert. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
