With the wi-fi capabilities Ian Watt's i-phone has become a super marketing tool for the modern realtor. Not only can he update his website from sitting at a local Starbucks or the Cactus Club in Yaletown, it has become a staple of his marketing campaign - showing 360 tours, property videos, advertisements on the real estate channel. Ian Watt has even uploaded his entire listing presentation to his i-phone just in case there is the need for an impromptu opportunity with a potential seller at the next table. Furthermore, Ian Watt can even play all his episodes of his Realty TV show called "the spot" which is shown weekly on Novus’ Real Estate Channel.
The clients find it intriguing and captivating, Ian says it’s fantastic to be able show all his tools of the trade on the mini HD-like screen. Who knows what it will lead to?
