Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. That was a shot of Coal Harbour in Downtown and you'll understand in Vancouver the Downtown core is actually a Peninsula of land where there's no land left. There's a few buildings that are still being built or really there's not much remaining as far as a new developments are concern. Probably about four years ago you would see about 20 cranes throughout the skyline. But I will put the camera back to the skyline. You probably won't see any cranes maybe two, three, four and most of those properties are luxury properties. Shangri-la, The Ritz Carlton, The Fairmont Estates those properties are all about two million dollars more. So I think that if I were an investor my tip for you would be buy studios the barista, the coffee shop workers you know all those guys they need a place to live and they can't afford those so what they are going to do they're gonna rent because everybody wants to live in Downtown Vancouver. So if they are not building anymore a studios anymore that might be an avenue that you might want to focus on as an investor. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.caThank you very much and have a great day!
