Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. That was a shot of Coal Harbour in Downtown and you'll understand in Vancouver the Downtown core is actually a Peninsula of land where there's no land left. There's a few buildings that are still being built or really there's not much remaining as far as a new developments are concern. Probably about four years ago you would see about 20 cranes throughout the skyline. But I will put the camera back to the skyline. You probably won't see any cranes maybe two, three, four and most of those properties are luxury properties. Shangri-la, The Ritz Carlton, The Fairmont Estates those properties are all about two million dollars more. So I think that if I were an investor my tip for you would be buy studios the barista, the coffee shop workers you know all those guys they need a place to live and they can't afford those so what they are going to do they're gonna rent because everybody wants to live in Downtown Vancouver.
