Ian Watt: Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I'm actually on the patio of the penthouse in Yaletown right now and I want to talk again about foreclosures. And just talking abut court ordered sales just because it's just a court ordered sale does not mean that this people who have the mortgage or dead bits it can be for the numerous different reasons. For example there could be this situation where somebody is going through a divorce. Maybe it's a common lost separation or perhaps there's two owners and their having a big disagreement. It could be for, maybe a special assessment on the building and this people cannot pay it or don't know how to deal with the situation. There gonna be so many different reasons why there was a court ordered sale so don't think that it just because people are dead bits. If you have any questions about court ordered sales.
