Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just driving up Granville street and in Kerrisdale right now. One thing that you'll notice on a lot of peoples a print order websites is the medallion club. Medallion Club is the ranking by the Greater Vancouver the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Now it's the top 10% of all realtors based on units or based on half the units and half the money. Nonetheless there 9,500 realtor in Greater Vancouver and drop in and that is the top 10% so you look at 950 people and most people really do the business in Greater Vancouver. Lucky enough to be in the Medallion and looks like I gonna be in the Medallion again which is fantastic. Doesn't mean that they are better realtors. It means they do more business. Now we also see that other companies like Century 21, Remax, Mcdonald, Sutton they all have their own awards and you'll find knows on people business cards. Nobody knows what the heck those mean because I don't know every company has their own criteria. However, the medallion club really does show the top 10% of realtors in Greater Vancouver. So if your looking for a realtor and you want to have people expose your property, people that will go to the guys website or the girls website because they are medallion chances are there are more people going to their websites. Chances are this ten times more people coming to their open houses just because they do ten times more business than the average person. My name is Ian Watt.
