Kye Grace is the host of the property.ca it's online little talk show although he booted me off the show last time I didn't talk to him for two weeks. Because he hurt my feelings. Just incredibel twenty six hundred square foot loft in Gastown. It's an incredible place and it's one of the best deals in town right now. Because its about 300 something dollars are square foot where the average in Vancouver are probably about five to six.
