Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. We've been selling 1950 Robson Street for a little while and 1950 Robson Street has been a foreclosure. What happened was we've been trying to get in there access had not an easy as possible because its been owner occupied. Now we have an accepted offer this going to court on February 2nd. If you are interested in placing an offer you have to be at the court house at 9:30 am. Make sure you have a check and a schedule attached to your offer as well. Make sure the check are certified.
