Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver.
It's March 2009 people. If you are still listing your property at 2008,
2007 prices. I think your out to lunch. It's unbelievable how many new
listings were seeing. Come on the MLS and there's still being listed,
25 or 50 % above assessed value. What are people thinking they will
never sell at this prices. I know one property came out and it was
assessed at two million dollars and they brought it out at three
million dollars. That is ridiculous! No one gonna pay that price for
those properties. I don't know what people are thinking. The market has
changed if you haven't heard! 2007 is cold they want their prices back.
