Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. If you live in a Concord Pacific building from the Icon all the way down to the Spectrum. There are parking and storage available to purchase from the developer. Now I'm gonna put a link below on a text right below this videos here. If your interested, you can have a look at the prices. They range from parking stalls from 30 to 60 I think and also for storage lockers. It's about five to ten thousand dollars. Of course their, I'm not selling any of these. It's all Concord Pacific.
