Ian Watt : Hi good afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just on my way to an inspection right now in Yaletown. The condo is about 10 years old. The minutes are very clean however I thinks its just perfect for peace of mind to get an inspection done. So just you know about the roof, about the boiler, about the unit in general and the construction methods that are use and the materials. Costs about $400 but its so important and don't just hire someone out of the yellow pages. Phoned around. Find out who is an inspector who's done a lot of work in Downtown Vancouver.
