in Downtown Vancouver on this rainy summer day. I wanted to mention
that anything under $400,000-450,000 right now is on fire. The first
time buyers are out there. They're buying up everything and there's no
inventory as far as good buildings are concerned in Downtown Vancouver
especially Downtown and Yaletown. Its crazy right now. There's no
inventory whatsoever. Now, we're starting to see the $600,000 mark
starting to get active. Its still really slow as far as the
multi-million dollar condos are concerned but mark my words if you put
your property on and its a $400,000 dollar property you gonna have 10
