At $1000 per Square Foot, Your Vancouver Luxury Condo Should be Perfect

Ian Watt video blogs about how he had taken some clients to see a luxury penthouse condominium in Downtown Vancouver and at $1000 per square foot the property was certainly less than perfect. Ian Watt : Hi good afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I've taken 2 clients to see a property. Fantastic property, reall high-end luxury condo. However, at a $1000 a sqaure foot the problem is there were so many problems like deficiencies with the suite. The carpet was pulled up you know the walls were not totally sanded it needed some new paint. and I think if you're gonna put your property on at a thousand a square foot you gotta make sure that the property is perfect. Its perfect. There's no way a client will walk in and say " Yeah, but it needs a hundred or 200 a square foot upgarde" And even if its just a few little things make sure you get them done before you put it on the market because you'll never gonna get a 2nd chance to make that first impression. At a $1000 a square foot there are not that many clients out there that can pay those prices. So you can't afford to lose that chance to impress those people. My name is Ian Watt. If you wanna discuss luxury real estate in Downtown Vancouver. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
