Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Super proud of my
photographer. He's name is Stacy and he takes the best photos in the
business by far. The magazine ready and he spends a lot of time in
prepping the house in. You know he charges a pretty penning but it's
worth it because everybody shops on line. It's so important to get all
the people through. If you have a terrible photos or even worst no
photos, nobody's gonna come in to the property. So that's the big thing
for me but it's also just as important to make sure the property shows
just as well as those photos do. Stacy spend so much time prepping,
that the suite has never ever look better and his like one of the best
staggers in the business with people's materials that they already have
in there. Their own furnishings, he's fantastic! So I think it's really
important for me, what I always do I always trying to get people to
look at the photos and look at their suite before every showing and
say: you know what, this is how your place has to look. In order to get
the best reaction coz' you never get that second chance to make a first
impression in such an old such cliche' term. However, it so true in
