Every Vancouver Condo is Going to Require Work Over Time

Ian Watt Video blogs about how every building in Downtown Vancouver will require work over time; roofs need replacing, windows need resealing, boilers and pipes need replacement, and elevators need repair. Just because it is a condo doesn't mean it wont require house like maintenance. Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Now a lot of buildings overtime or gonna need work. Downtown Vancouver is such a new little city as far as urban living is concerned. That a lot of buildings haven't had to have a lot of work done. But just like house, buildings have to get roofs re-done, they have to be re-plan, new boilers etc. etc. Well we have a couple of listings one in the Columbia's 1383 Marinaside. Another one at the crest mark 1288 Marinaside and both of them were getting some work done. They both doing the new roofs and the new membrane under all the deck paving stones and what not. I think every time people sees scaffolding they think oh leaky condo. But, it's just time for those buildings that are about thirteen to fourteen years old to get a little work done. So make sure you dig a little deeper every time you see some scaffolding and don't assume that it's a leaky condo. My name is Ian Watt. If you wanna know a little bit more on what's going on those buildings. You could always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
