Ian Watt: Hi, Good Morning, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. On this gray rainy October morning right before a Halloween. Just following up from my video blog yesterday where I said that I just come back from the Canadian Real Estate Associations Conference. Talking about the Houston MLS system. One other really cool thing that they have going on is that you can do a search on a map on their MLS and you can search the area that you're interested in and poll up all the people who have worked in that area. It will compile a list of all the people who have sold in that area in the last six months or the last year. It's amazing! Coz now you know who actually works on what area and how many deals they've done. That is the coolest thing I ever heard. I wish we could do that for Downtown Vancouver which is clip on some Marinaside and then you will know who's doing all the work in Marinaside and it's really is a handful of ten people but there are five hundred people advertising that their Yaletown specialist. That's the crazy thing but if we had this on our MLS, if we had more disclosure, authenticity and transparency. I think our clientele will be better of. My name is Ian Watt.
