Ian Watt : Hi Good Afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the Week in Review for June 6 to June 12 and a lot of activity is been going on. It's been pretty interesting as I mentioned last week the market is changing as I mentioned the week before the market is changing. This week we had a hundred and sixty one new listings. We had a hundred and two price reductions and we had fifty three sales. It's about ten sales everyday, its about three times more listings than we had sales. Inventory is going up, prices are going down. That's just the way it is as far as all the units on the market right now on the MLS in the Downtown core. Which I always say includes Downtown, Yaletown which is False Creek North, Gastown, Coal Harbour and the West End. That's 1,760 to the 1,303 sales. Pretty interesting times in Downtow Vancouver.
