Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the week in review for the week that was November 14th to November 20th 2010. And in the Downtown core, sorry my little side kick is throwing me off here. In the Downtown core we saw 66 new listings, 40 price reductions and 57 sales. Now first time since March I believe inventory is down to 1,139 and so far year to date in the Downtown core. We've had 2,470 sales so far. Looks like December is shaping up to be a quiet month and then hopefully January will take off but November is quieting down and it looks like December is going too as well.
