Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Of course the profession of being a realtor is probably not the one that everyone's most proud of. A lot of people don't trust realtors and they're lot of reason why. However, it's kind interesting when you see past clients call you up and ask you what do you think about the price? You tell the price and you say it's $800,000 dollars that's what I think you can tell afford you have all the data that back it up and what not. But they choose to go with someone else because somebody told them 950. I always watch to see what happen. See if they can sell it at 950. Of course it doesn't sell it expires and they just realize that they wasted their time and they just got suck hold. Suck hold into buying someone's bs line where there's no data. It's called buying a listing. Anyways so I think it's very funny that people still with all the knowledge, all the information, all the data we have that they still get sucked in to believing realtors that over pricing let's say 950 when it really should sell for 800. I think people should really consider when somebody says 800 and they show them the data then you should realize maybe the guy is telling the truth. But nonetheless of course trying it at 950 trying at someone else at 900 and then bring it over to me back for 800 and then we'll sell it. Got to wasted some time but at least you can sleep well at night knowing you did give your money away. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
