Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. It's been pretty interesting seeing what's happening in the last week and since they release the pricing etc., the Olympic Village. We've noticed that there's been a lot of activity in Downtown Vancouver. Seems a lot of people waiting until they found out all the deals and or the lack there of deals it just seems like a lot of people were waiting for this incredible prices but you know studios in the Olympic Village came out at 349 starting at 349 and of course plus HST on top of that were the studio in Downtown Vancouver is gonna about 325. So obviously the pricing wasn't there so were seeing all this people that were waiting for that out shopping now in Downtown Vancouver seeing a bit of a serge. So it is picking up in the Downtown core as far as condos are concern. My name is Ian Watt if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
