Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Of course there are challenges with selling real estate in Downtown Vancouver. A lot of it has to do with just vertical living in general is so different from selling houses, of course what we have to deal with is a. marketing a property because we don't have signage, we don't have opportunities just to set our own open houses everything is dictated by the strata so that could be one challenge but another challenge is dealing with tenanted properties and another one on top of that by far that so over look by so many realtors it's how every building is basically it's own neighborhood. It has it's own pulse, it's has it's own life that's going on and if you don't know the difference between this building and this building you could be buying in a totally inappropriate condominium for you. So that's what we have to deal with when it comes to dealing with strata and vertical living in Downtown Vancouver. There are so many challenges that if your not burst in selling condos in the Downtown core, you should stick to what you know best and if your hiring a realtor find out where they specialize, where are they most familiar with. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
